Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is built off distributor cost with a transparent margin, so it is generally well under retail. If you are buying and having us install, ask for a combined quote instead — the labour is usually where the bigger saving is.
How often is stock updated?
Product data, pricing and stock levels import automatically from our distributor feed once every day. Occasionally an item sells out between updates; if that affects your order we contact you promptly with alternatives.
Can I get a trade account?
Talk to us. Installers, IT providers and builders ordering regularly can be set up with account pricing. Call 0433 633 777 or send an enquiry through the contact page.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Can I pick up from Dandenong?
Yes, by arrangement. Select pickup at checkout and we will confirm a time once the stock is on hand — we are a mobile operation, so pickup is by appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card via Stripe, PayPal, and electronic funds transfer. EFT orders are dispatched once funds clear. Your order confirmation email includes payment details and a reference number.
