How a service call works
From fault logged to system armed

Log the fault
Call 0433 633 777 or send the form. Tell us the site, the system and what it is doing — photos of error screens help.
Triage & book
A technician, not a call centre, reviews it and books attendance — same or next business day for most Melbourne commercial faults.
Fault-find on site
Power, cabling, network, storage and configuration checked properly, so we fix the cause rather than swapping parts until it goes away.
Fix, report & recommend
Repaired on the day where parts allow. You get a written fault report with photos and clear recommendations — no upsell.
Proof, not promises

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't here, call us on 0433 633 777 — you'll speak to a technician, not a call centre.
Why does our alarm keep going off?
Nearly always placement or configuration: detectors facing heaters, roller doors or air conditioning, pets or stock movement in armed areas, ageing sensors, or entry-exit timing that does not match how staff arrive. Fixing the cause means people start arming the system again.
The panel is showing a trouble or fault code.
Common causes are a flat backup battery, a mains power fault, a tamper, a communicator that has lost its path to the monitoring centre, or a module that has dropped offline. We read the event log and fix the cause, not just clear the message.
The alarm will not arm.
Usually a zone that will not seal — a door left ajar, a failed reed switch, or a detector fault. We locate it, repair it, and check the rest of the zones while we are there.
Do you repair Tecom and Integriti alarms?
Yes. Tecom Challenger, Inner Range Integriti and Inception, and Bosch Solution panels are all routine for our technicians, including reprogramming and recovering systems with lost codes.
Can you check our alarm monitoring is actually working?
Yes. We test signalling end to end with the monitoring centre — many systems we audit have not been reporting for months. See alarm monitoring.
How often should alarm batteries be replaced?
Typically every three to five years, sooner in hot comms cupboards. A failed battery is one of the most common causes of trouble codes and systems that fail during a power cut. It is checked on every maintenance visit.
