Shipping, delivery and returns

It depends on where the stock is sitting when you order. Everything already held in your own state ships at the in-state rate; if any item has to come from an interstate warehouse the interstate rate applies. Express is only offered when every item is in your state, because that is the only way it can actually be delivered that fast. Current rates and the free-delivery threshold are in the panel above — they are read live from our system, so what you see there is what you are charged at checkout.

Four to eight hours, or by the next business day, depending on courier workload. It appears as an option at checkout only when the system can see stock for every item in your state. If it is not offered, it is because at least one item would have to travel interstate first — and no courier fee changes that.

Oversized goods — large format screens, floor-standing printers, full racks, cable drums — cannot be sent on a standard courier rate. Those are freighted individually, so you place the order and we send the delivery price for approval before charging anything. Free delivery does not apply to oversized items.

Pickup from Dandenong is free and by arrangement — choose it at checkout and we will confirm a time once stock is on hand. We are a mobile operation, so it is always by appointment rather than a walk-in counter. Otherwise we ship to every state and territory; some oversized and dangerous goods have carrier restrictions to remote areas, and we will tell you before dispatch if that affects your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email with a reference number immediately after checkout, and a dispatch email with tracking details once the goods leave the warehouse.

Stock is updated daily from our distributor feed, but occasionally an item sells out between updates. We will contact you promptly and offer an alternative, a backorder with an expected date, or a full refund — your choice.

Unopened and still sealed within 5 business days, yes — see returns & warranty for the full process. Once a package is opened a restocking fee of 15–30% applies depending on the product. Start every return through the enquiry form so we can raise the paperwork before anything is sent.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Faulty goods are handled under the Australian Consumer Law and the manufacturer's warranty, and we manage the claim for you rather than sending you to a helpdesk.
