Security work in Docklands
Docklands is newer than most of Melbourne, so the buildings are generally well served for cabling risers and the base building systems are modern. That removes the retrofit problem and leaves the real one: scale. Large corporate floorplates with a lot of doors, and residential towers with a lot of residents.
We install card and mobile access across multi-floor tenancies, video intercom and lift control in residential buildings, and CCTV over car parks and common areas — with the documentation and credential structure that keeps a big site manageable two years later.

Docklands security questions
Straight answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't here, call us on 0433 633 777 — you'll speak to a technician, not a call centre.
Do you work with Docklands base building management?
Yes. Inductions, certificates of currency and works permits are handled in advance, and cabling routes are agreed with building management before anything is pulled.
Can you manage access across several floors from one system?
Yes, and at Docklands floorplate sizes you should. One management interface, consistent user groups, and removing someone from every floor in a single action when they leave.
Are mobile credentials worth it over cards?
For most large tenancies, yes. Nobody leaves their phone at home, revoking access takes seconds and there are no plastic cards to reissue. We usually deploy both, since visitors and contractors still need something physical.
What about the car park?
Cameras on the entry, the travel paths and any storage areas, with boom or roller door control on the same access system as the building. Car parks are where most incidents in a residential tower actually happen.
Do you do apartment buildings in Docklands?
Yes — see apartment complex security. Resident and visitor access, video intercom, lift and garage control and common-area CCTV, staged so residents keep access throughout.
What does a large tenancy fitout cost?
It is driven by door count and camera count rather than floor area. Every quote is itemised door by door and camera by camera, so you can see exactly what scaling up or down changes.
Can you supply the network as well as the security?
Yes. Cat6 and fibre structured cabling, racks, switching and full documentation — switch names, port assignments, VLANs and rack layouts — handed over at completion.
How quickly do you respond to a fault in Docklands?
Contracted maintenance clients get priority attendance, usually same or next business day. Dock and lift bookings mean we schedule the visit rather than arriving unannounced.
