How a service call works
From fault logged to door answering

Log the fault
Call 0433 633 777 or send the form. Tell us the site, the system and what it is doing — photos of error screens help.
Triage & book
A technician, not a call centre, reviews it and books attendance — same or next business day for most Melbourne commercial faults.
Fault-find on site
Power, cabling, network, storage and configuration checked properly, so we fix the cause rather than swapping parts until it goes away.
Fix, report & recommend
Repaired on the day where parts allow. You get a written fault report with photos and clear recommendations — no upsell.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't here, call us on 0433 633 777 — you'll speak to a technician, not a call centre.
Why has our intercom stopped working?
Most often a failed power supply, water in an external door station, a damaged riser or cable run, or a single faulty handset pulling the whole bus down. On IP systems a network or switch change is common. We isolate the fault before replacing anything.
Do you service Aiphone systems?
Yes — Aiphone is one of the brands we work on most, from single-door kits to large multi-tenant GT and IX systems. See Aiphone intercoms.
Can you repair Comelit intercoms?
Yes, including Simplebus systems in apartment buildings. Handsets, door stations, power supplies and riser faults are all routine repairs.
The intercom rings but the door will not open.
That is usually the door release side rather than the intercom — a failed strike or mag lock, a relay, or a power supply. If the door is also on access control we check both systems together.
Can you replace one apartment handset without replacing the system?
Usually yes, as long as a compatible handset is still available. Where it is not, we can often fit a current model that works on the existing system rather than re-cabling the building.
Do you work with owners corporations?
Regularly. We quote in a format committees can approve, coordinate access with building managers, and provide a fault report for the OC records after the repair.
