Can you provide references for a large job?
Yes. For tenders, owners corporation committees or head contractors we can supply site references and certificates of currency, and in most cases arrange a conversation with a comparable client.
Where can I leave a review?
Google is the most useful place, and it genuinely helps a small Melbourne business. If something fell short, please call Daniel on 0433 633 777 first — we would much rather fix it than read about it.
Do you have examples of work like mine?
Almost certainly. We work across supermarkets, workshops, warehouses, offices, childcare centres, apartment buildings and homes. Tell us your property type when you enquire and we will show you comparable installs.
How do you handle a problem after installation?
Call us. Warranty faults are attended at no cost, and contracted maintenance clients get priority response. We do not do the thing where the installer disappears and you end up dealing with a manufacturer helpdesk overseas.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — workmanship is guaranteed and equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, which we administer for you. We are fully insured and licensed under VIC Security Licence 937-301-20S.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, and so is the on-site security system audit — including the written report. There is no obligation attached to either.
